Delivery
We use a range of couriers to deliver your order based on your location, size of the parcel, quantity of your order, and the shipping service selected. Our dispatch system is automated and chooses the most appropriate service according to these factors.
For mainland UK, if you select standard delivery, your order will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Express deliveries within mainland UK are sent via a 1-2 working day service. Please note these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Currently, we do not offer guaranteed next-day, specific day, or timed delivery services.
For orders shipped outside the UK, these timescales do not apply. Most international orders are delivered within 14 working days.
If your item has not arrived within 5 working days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us by email at info@showerwheelsuk.com.
We advise end users ordering tap cartridges not to book tradesmen until the order has arrived and been checked. If you are a tradesman ordering on behalf of a customer, please order well in advance of your scheduled job (at least 5 working days) and check the product upon delivery.
Shipping is free to all UK addresses except the Channel Islands. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and other similar locations.
We make every effort to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm may not be dispatched until the next working day.

If you place your order on or just before a public holiday, your items will take additional days to arrive as public holidays and weekends are not counted as "working days" by our couriers.
Orders placed over the Christmas or Easter periods may be subject to additional delays due to them having more than one public holiday in a row.
Please note these timescales are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
Your right to cancel begins from the moment you place the order and ends 14 calendar days after you receive the goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you wish to cancel or return your order, you must notify us by email (info@showerwheelsuk.com) within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods from the date you informed us of your wish to cancel.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Returned goods must be received by us in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition, including all original packaging.
If you receive a faulty or broken item, you will be offered a replacement if one is available.
If the customer refuses the replacement without a valid reason (e.g., not wanting to wait a very short time) a refund will not be offered.
If you refuse delivery for any reason, responsibility for the goods and their safe return lies with you, the buyer.
Wheels that are damaged during installation are non-refundable unless faulty.
Returns of Multi-Packs, Bundles, and Promotional Offers
Where products are sold as a discounted multi-pack, bundle, or set (for example, an 8-pack of shower rollers), the discounted price is contingent upon the purchase of the complete set. These are sold as a single product.
To receive a full refund for a multi-pack or bundle, the entire set must be returned in its original, unused condition.
We do not accept partial returns of multi-packs. However, if a partial return is received, we reserve the right to either:
i. Refuse the return and offer to send the items back to you (return postage may apply).
ii. Accept the return and recalculate your order. If a bundle is broken up, the discount is invalidated and the items you have retained will revert to their standard individual retail price. **
** If a partial return is recalculated under clause, your refund will be the original total price paid for the bundle, minus the standard individual retail cost of the items you kept. Please be aware that if the standard retail cost of the retained items exceeds or equals the original bundle price paid, no refund will be due.
