Delivery and Returns Information

We use a range of couriers to deliver your order, based on your location, the size, length and quantity of your order and the shipping service selected. Our dispatch system is automated and will select the most appropriate service based on these variables.

If you select standard delivery your order will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. Express deliveries are sent on a 1-2 working day service but most will be delivered next working day. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days on either service then please contact us by email on info@showerwheelsuk.com.

Shipping is FREE to all of the UK on smaller items and 95% of Mainland UK on larger items*. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to remote areas (Highlands, Isle of Man etc).

We make every effort to dispatch all orders placed up until 14.00 on the same working day, any order placed after 14.00 may not be dispatched until the next working day.
